  • Submitting abstracts

You confirm that you:

  1. Registration & Payment
  • Registration is confirmed only after successful payment.
  • All fees are non-transferable unless approved by organizers.
  • Payment gateway charges (if any) are borne by the user.
  • Incorrect information may lead to cancellation without refund.
  1. Cancellation & Refund Policy
  • Cancellation requests must be sent via official email.

  • No refund may be provided after a specified deadline (to be announced).
  • Processing time for refunds may take 7–14 working days.
